Teacher appreciation

I'm a new mom to the whole school thing. I don't know the ettiquette for gifting for teachers. I assumed for Teacher Appreciation week it would be a good time to send a little something to Quinton's teacher. It will probably end up in the "what the heck am I suppose to do with that" pile but oh well. Anyway this is what we sent to school for his teacher. It's a clipboard, that's teacherish right? Does anyone know what teachers like to get anyway so I can be working on something for the end of the year which is quickly approaching.

My blog is all teacher appreciation, all the time...and with great authority :) I'm telling you that this was a wonderful teacher present. Adorable!

Very cute! I made magnet boards for our teachers...they turned out really cute...I should have taken a picture! I bought some nice picture frames on clearance and added 12x12 metal sheet. Then we made magnets with glass pebble things, paper & modge podge, and glued magnets on the back. I'm sure you've seen or made something like that. Really easy, cheap and cute :)

I bet she will love it! I would!! I usually do gift cards, Barnes and Noble, Cold Stone, movie theater, etc. I am sure they are very impersonal but if it was me, I wouldn't mind getting to go treat myself after a long school year. Just an idea.

I know I'm super late with a comment... but I think your clipboard is adorable. And even though I'm not a teacher, I would LOVE it!
